- 9 Blue polk-a-dot rounded rectanges
- 9 Red letters
- Bakers twine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Center and adhere the blue polk-a-dot rectangles atop the plaid rectangles. Center and adhere the red letters spelling ‘make a wish’. String bakers twine through the pennants as shown, leaving equal amounts of twine at each end. Trim and knot as needed. When the season is over, simply stack together and place in a sealed bag in a cool, dark place to enjoy for many years to come.
