- 18 Multicolored tonal dot rectangles
- Bakers twine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Center and adhere the tonal dot rectange to the coordinating multicolored white dot pennant (eg. red with white dots with red with red dots). Add a white stripe to the top and bottom of the rectangle. On the two yellow, one dark pink, and on one light blue pennant, adhere a cloud and nine raindrops. Center and adhere each white letter spelling out ‘It’s Great To Be 8!’ creating a rainbow. String bakers twine through the pennants as shown, leaving equal amounts of twine at each end. Trim and knot as needed. When the season is over, simply stack together and place in a sealed bag in a cool, dark place to enjoy for many years to come.
