INSTRUCTIONS:
Adhere the top circle frosting atop the cake base. Add the side squiggle frosting. Add three candles with the flame on top. Adhere the ice cream scoop to the cone. Add the felt topper. String bakers twine through the pennants as shown, leaving equal amounts of twine at each end. Trim and knot as needed. When the season is over, simply stack together and place in a sealed bag in a cool, dark place to enjoy for many years to come.
