Orders are generally processed, packed and ready for shipping within 2 business days. You will be notified via email when your order has been received and shipped. We do our best to keep our inventory levels accurate, but occasionally an item you order may be out of stock. If this happens, you will be promptly notified by email and the item(s) will be deleted from your order. As this time, Pebbles Inc. cannot fulfill backorders.

At the time you place your order, your credit card is pre-authorized and will only be charged when your order is processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel your order due to items that are back-stocked, you may notify us.

Pebbles Inc. provides standard UPS shipping on orders anywhere in the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska are shipped through US Mail.

Special Shipping
For all orders that need to be rushed, please notify when placing your order in the additional comments area at checkout. Shipping for rushed orders will be charged actual shipping on 3-day air, 2-day air and Next-day air.

International Rates
International orders will be shipped through US Mail. All shipping totals on orders sent through US Mail will be adjusted to actual shipping costs (plus $3 handling fee) when processed. You will be notified via email of final shipping costs.

US Military Base Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping (orders over $75) to US Military bases throughout the world, as our way of saying thank you to the many service men, women and families for protecting our freedoms. When placing your order, please indicate your military base in the additional comments area at checkout and the shipping will be taken off before your package ships.

Return Policy

Pebbles in my Pocket has a 100% happy guarantee! If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept unopened, resalable merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of ship date (excluding shipping costs).

We are unable to accept returns on discontinued / clearanced merchandise, cardstock die- cuts, cut ribbon, rolled stickers, downloadable patterns & fonts, gift certificates, class kits, magazines and idea books. We cannot accept returns on special orders or customized products.

At this time, Pebbles in my Pocket cannot fill back ordered items.
